email within 7 days of receiving your order.
• You can return your order in its original condition to Cuillin Crafts, Armadale House, Bank Street Portree, Isle of Skye, IV51 9DA. Scotland, within 30 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.
• If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money that you have
paid us for that product within 30 days of our receiving it. All you pay for is the return carriage
of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other
reason that is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return carriage. If this happens,
please telephone us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
• Goods to the UK may incur duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return"
to the UK and not an import. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly and tax
or duty subsequently being charged to the sum involved will be
deducted from your final refund.
